Material & methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 22 cases who underwent frontalis sling surgery from April 2012 to December 2014 with a minimum of 6 month follow up. Result: The functional success rate was 90.91% . Two eyes had complications. In one eye there was tube extrusion secondary to infection of tract and in one case there is lateral drooping of lid. Conclusion: Frontalis suspension using silicon tube is efficacious and safe procedure in simple congenital ptosis with poor levator function.
